Map upload issues

When uploading maps (which i have done before without issue) is now just reporting uploading and never completing. I have tried in Chrome and Firefox. I am unsure how to continue.

Paul, are you over your quota? You can check your storage quota from your account settings page. If not please follow Steps 1-3, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

Check Quota and I am way under it. Step 1: Chrome Version 42.0.2311.90 m is my browser (I installed firefox today to check on another browser and same issue). Step 2 : No addons / Extension are enabled. Step 3 : Cache Cleared Result : Not Fixed Heading to Step 4

Trying to upload Game Mastery Flip-Mat Forest PDF sheet 1 of 2. When using the drag on drop feature and selecting page 1 to upload the Roll20 site starts the upload (Bar is shown) but never complete. I did convert the PDF to a JPEG and it did load up correctly but this is a differant method than I have used before. SO campaign wise I am good to go but the drag and drop of PDF's on the the system us VERY useful. I am also now seeing a security cert issue that has not been there before not sure if this is related. OS: WIndows 8.1 Browser : Chrome 42.0.2311.90 Java and Cookies are enabled. Paul, the only formats supported for art assets are jpg, PNG, and gif. There is no current PDF support.

For some reason I thought PDF's were ok. Well JPG, PNG and GIF are good to go for me and campaign maps are now fully loaded and prepared. Thanks for the help.

Paul, PDFs can be used in 1 limited location, uploading to a Handout Image. You can drag a PDF into that space, then choose which page of the PDF you want the Handout to contain. Actually, I can't find verification for that claim, nor duplicate that functionality, so kindly disregard.

You can upload a pdf from within a Handout. You will be asked which page you want to "import". Then, you will have a copy in your image library that you can drag to a map. PDF to proper format success. The "Big List" was a single image from a multi page pdf. From my Image library, I can drag it to the map.

I only knew about it because I recently helped someone else with a similar problem. It would be nice (everyone chant the mantra "Make a new Suggestion" ) if you could upload PDF's by more than a single page at a time... I'm sure many roll20 users legally own pdf versions of various rpg products.

Probably a topic for another thread, as you've alluded to.
