Hi Bruno, sorry you're having trouble with audio volume using Roll20. Could it be the Master music volume slider of Roll20? This is located under the settings/Gear icon above the chat. Please doublecheck and follow all of the instructions on the Audio Visual Troubleshooting wiki page, to make sure those bits are in order. Are you able to hear sound effects through roll20? Are you using the voice feature, and is everyone's voice quiet?
