Hi all, I've been playing D&D 4e for a long while, but while I've tried both playing and DM'ing games on Roll20, I haven't quite found the campaign I'm looking for. I want to replicate online what I've found successful in real life: the long-term serious campaign that continues weekly for years. I'm basically looking for a reliable group of about 6 people that'll meet once a week, every week, for about 3-4 hours, from about 7pm-10pm eastern time, preferably a week day (Monday-Thursday). I'm interested in a "serious" (rather than goofy) campaign in an "appropriate" setting (rather than something really non-D&D-ish). Ideally, it would span the whole heroic, paragon, and epic tiers. It should be a relatively challenging campaign, where players have to make tactically interesting choices in combat and strategically interesting choices during role-play. I'm hoping to find a group that is very familiar with the rules and who are sufficiently versed in charop to know how to build a fun, well-themed party without the excruciating extremes of cheese or traps. While I appreciate that not everyone goes quite into the nuance of mechanics or memorizes every last glossary entry, I at least expect them not to make obvious mistakes like adding their dex or str mod to Twin Strike or ignoring the order of execution of opportunity and immediate actions. They should also be flexible enough to tackle D&D 4e's weaknesses with reasonable house-rules. I'm amiable to a rotating DM system, and would consider starting the campaign as DM, however I am not interested in organizing sessions nor in "herding cats" to get people to show up. I would expect everyone participating in this campaign to take it as seriously as I would. Let me know if this is in any way viable. -Simon
