Asset Library: Cannot re-add tag that was previously removed

As a GM, when managing "Your Art Library", if a tag is removed from an asset using the "With Selected Elements:" tag edit (e.g. not manually editing the tag directly on the asset), the SAME tag cannot be re-added to the asset unless "Your Art Library" is closed and reopened. Steps: Log in as a GM In the GM pane, select the Art Library tab, then select "Your Art Library (Star)" In the Art Library window, click an asset to select it. The "With Selected Elements" multi-selection window is shown. In the "With Selected Elements" window: Enter a new tag "Foo" and press "Add". The tag is added to the asset. Press "Remove". The tag is removed from the asset. Press "Add". Nothing happens. Chrome Version 42.0.2311.135 m Win 7 64 bit

I'll lot it. I found that this issue wasn't true if you just edited the tags directly by clicking on the item. This also cleared up the issue above.
