So far in this one game we have rolled 7 1s on d20s in the past 2 hours and no 20s, I think there is something horribly wrong here.

There were probably 100,000 other rolls during that time, you just got "lucky". 12, 17 & 19 seem to be slightly above the other rolls as of this moment, it will have changed several times by the time you look. You have to realize the sheer number of rolls going on here. There is more rolling done here than in Griffith's Park on a Friday night...
