Connection Issue

I am experiencing a rather strange connection problem. When connecting to my campaign it seems to function normally during the loading screen, however when I reach the campaign screen I find that no images (token, map GM pieces) load onto the screen. Then, after 10 seconds or so the red lost connection message appears. I have tried refreshing, changing browsers and using multiple different computers in an attempt to solve the problem but it all seems to come to the same result. This same issue happened yesterday as well, though seemed to be resolved after I went to sleep and awoke 7 hours or so later.

That is very strange. Lets kick this off with a bit of baseline: Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you. Step 4 is especially important for this issue.
The issue appears to have resolved itself once more, just like it did before. That said, I did try the first 3 steps of that process earlier and concluded none of them to be the issue, particularly because the problem persisted even when I changed computers. It is difficult to send a formal error report when the error has been resolved though. Should it arrise again, I will attempt the 4th step.

Yeah, 1-3 are a good baseline in cases like this, but 4 will be the one that shows the problem. If it happens again, definitely grab that log and post it back here.
Well, the problem has emerged once more. I double checked the earlier steps to be sure and have found no issue in them. I am unsure how to deal with the console log information, I don't know if I am just supposed to post it here alongside the other information so I will do that. as for the other information in question: I use Firefox version 38.0 Windows 8.1 operating system Javascript is enabled I use 360 total security for anti-virus but have tried turning it off to no avail. (the other computer I attempted uses a different program so I can safely asume it is not that) The only addon I have is the 360 total security one, which, again, I have turned off, and has never been a problem in the 6 months I have been using it before. Finally, the console log. I've not seen those SHA-1 warnings before and just verified that Roll20 has SHA-2 signed Certificates. Weird. Have you tried via Chrome? I'll highlight this issue to the Devs.

I tried chrome, explorer and firefox. All got the same result. The problem stopped for a little while and then started again, it seems to be returning and ending intermittently without any warning or reason. I doubt it is relevant, but I am in Australia, in case there is some server thing that might be what is happening.

Were both computers you tried on the same ISP? There have been a few cases in the last couple months of particular ISPs having a routing problem that led to similar behavior, though the console log showed more in the way of connect errors. Could you screen shot the network tab in chrome or Firefox? I'll try to find some good instructions if you need them.
They do both have the same ISP. Forgive me though, I am not entirely sure what you are referring to with the "network tab".

David, there is JavaScript that needs to run that is being blocked by something on your end. Are you able to try Roll20 from a different computer on your same router and see if you get the same issue? Edit: Since it's happening from multiple computers it's possible it could be a router firewall, a DNS issue, or an ISP issue.
I'm not sure, it had never been a problem before in the past 12 months or so that I had used roll20, and I didn't change any settings. That said, it is a week on and the problem seems to have gone away. It was only happening intermittently for about a 2 day period. I think odds are it is an issue on my end as opposed to yours though, whatever the problem happened to be. Thank you for your assistance regardless.
