Today at about 6:40am CDT something changed that caused the power cards API to start double posting to the chat log.

Scripts do that sometimes. The three fixes (none 100% sure) are to restart the scripts (for the GM), wait 10-15 minutes or exit and re-enter the campaign (for players when no GM is around).
