Nameplate magnification independent from map magnification

When the magnification is lower than 100% (e.g. 30%), the nameplate becomes too small to read, even on a large 24" display. Would it be possible to include an option to decouple the magnification / scaling of the nameplates (and possibly the ruler labels) from the one used on the map? If the option is selected, then there might be two spinners: one for the map and one for the label. EDIT: Even a CSS hack would be acceptable.

Note that Grid Size & Units scaling in your Page Settings has an affect on the appearance of those elements. You might want to create a new map Page and experiment with different Grid settings, place named tokens, and see how the grid spacing affects the nameplate display. Here are some related Suggestions.
