AV Connectivity Issue

Hey guys, So pretty much while I'm running a game with my players everyone but a specific player is able to transmit and receive A/V from their respective webcams. We tested this by having everyone connect via webcam at the same time, and we were all able to hear/see each other except for the one player. Here's his spec details: Operating System Windows Windows 7 Screen Resolution 1600 x 900 Web Browser Chrome 43.0.2357.81 Browser Size 1600 x 799 IP Address Color Depth 24 Javascript Enabled Flash Version 17.0.-1 Cookies Enabled User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/43.0.2357.81 Safari/537.36 As far as we've tested, all of his permissions have been enabled, and he had run through the troubleshoot steps listed here ( <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Audio_Visual_Troubleshooti" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Audio_Visual_Troubleshooti</a>... from your wiki. We're pretty much at a loss on any other ideas as to why he specifically is unable to connect his webcam to roll20. For the time being we've been utilizing Skype as the A/V alternative, but we would love to use the roll20 system as we fell it's a lot more stable than Skype. Any assistance in this issue would be greatly appreciated. -DKR
I'm the person that he's talking about, as the original post stated I've tried all the troubleshooting steps. To give a little more info, not sure if it will help, when I connect to roll20 I can see my camera feed and see that my audio is being received(the headset image in the upper right corner shows it is receiving), however no one can see or hear me through it, however they can see and hear each other fine. I would really appreciate any help with this problem.

I believe I've seen this in the past when someone accidentally denies access to the webcam/mic for a particular website. (For example, if you accidentally clicked Deny on this step .) You can check that in chrome: Open settings by clicking the Triple Bar [1] in the upper right of Chrome and selecting Settings [2] from the menu: Scroll down and click the Show advanced settings...[3] link: Click the Content settings...[4] button in the revealed section: Scroll down to the Media section and click the Manage exceptions...[5] button: Verify you have Allow for Audio and Video for app.roll20.net:443 [6] (and app.roll20dev.net:443 if you use the dev server): If you have Deny in either of those columns for either server, highlight the row and click the X [7] to remove the row. You will be prompted again the next time the site tries to access your camera and mic.
Hey Aaron, thanks for helping out with this problem, however I've looked at my exceptions and they show that I am allowing for both Video on Audio, I have also tried deleting the exception and re-allowing them when I went into the game session and the issue still persists. As an extra note, since I think this was left out, when connect I can see/hear everyone and myself, however they cannot see or hear me but can see and hear each other fine.
Hi Firemoth, I have a few things I would like you to try. Have you tried using a different internet browser (like firefox) to see if the issue persists there? If you haven't, please go ahead and do so. Chrome should work but this is just to narrow down the issue. Does your webcam not work in other campaigns or is it just this one? Let me know!
Hi Ryan, I've tried going into the campaign on Firefox and we've created another campaign to see if it was only limited to one campaign, however in both instances the problem still occurred.

Firemoth, when you go to the WebRTC test page, does it work? <a href="https://apprtc.appspot.com/" rel="nofollow">https://apprtc.appspot.com/</a>
Hi Aaron, Sorry about the late reply. I've tried the apprtc site with our DM and it works just fine on that site, video and audio feed is received by both of us.

Your players who is having the issue, does the problem persisit if they switch browsers and use Firefox instead? Do they have the ability to test from any other computer on their same network/router or from a different location?
Sorry for the late response. He tried switching browsers and AFAIK he's limited to his one PC.

DKnRa2or, if it's working for your player in the WebRTC test then his issue might be an issue running Roll20. Can you get him to provide a Console Log. The directions to provide that are in Step4 or our Solving Technical Issues wiki.
I have the same problem however when i test it on WebRTC it doesn't work how i go about solving it?
Hi Dylan, can you make a new thread? While it might be a similar issue we don't know for sure so go ahead and make a new thread. Walk through Steps 1-3 and If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you. Thanks.
Sorry about taking so long to respond, been busy lately. Just to verify, under setting (the cog in the top right) you have Broadcast turned on under "I want to Broadcast to others:" and "I want to Receive from others:"?
Sorry again for a late response and, to answer your question, yes both settings are set on whenever we have tried to use the built-in video and audio

Firemoth, from your console log I see JavaScript firing that isn't ours. I'd suggest running through our Solving Technical Issue Steps 1-3 , specifically taking care to disable extensions, clear your cache, and try using a different browser (Firefox/Chrome) to see if any of that resolves your issue.
