Mouse not aligning with map for player

In my campaign, a player on a laptop is having mouse issues (both touch pad and real mouse). Wherever her arrow hovers, when she clicks, it actually touches down 1.5 squares lower on the grid map. Everything else works fine. While she can adjust for this, naturally this is quite aggravating. It is consistent, and just the map interface...the rest of the website poses no problem. Has anyone else experienced this, and are there any resolutions? Thank you in advance!

I have had that exact problem. In my case, it was caused by an extension I had loaded in chrome that reflowed wide pages to make them fit on a single screen with no horizontal scrolling. Following the standard debugging steps should alleviate the problem: Can you please have her follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause her anti-virus, and have her try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing her problem. If all of that fails, please have her follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist both of you.
I will tell her to try those and post the results on this thread. Thank you for replying!

No worries! Definitely get her into this thread if that doesn't solve the issue.
