I know it's extremely obscure and odd, and it probably doesn't affect anyone at all, but rolling 1d8192 seems to always come up as a 1 for myself and my players. Two of us are on Firefox; one is on Chrome. Comes up as a 1 no matter who rolls, if there's a description to the roll, if it's "1d8192" or just "d8192" when rolling, etc. 8191 and 8193 seem to work as they should. We rolled probably about 20+ times -- and also did one 500d8192 roll -- to just make sure we weren't unlucky. I just thought you should know.

I can duplicate this behavior: Edit: This also occurs with 4096, and 2048 has an extremely high (but not 100%) incidence of 1s. Considering these are all powers of 2, the bug is probably related. The d2048 also seems to roll 1025 a lot. This problem does not appear to occur with d16384 (the next power of 2).

I got the same results and had come to the same conclusion. 2048 also has a high number of results equal to 1025 (2^10+1) and even 513 (2^9+1) ( [[200d2048sd]] makes it obvious.) Really, there is quite a bit of repitioin. Actually, it seems like all the numbers are pretty heavy on the powers of two with 1 added. (Note that every single one of them is odd..) 1920+1 = (2^7 * 3 * 5) +1 1696+1 = (2^5 * 53) +1 1600+1 = (2^6 * 5^2) +1 1536+1 = (2^9 * 3) +1 1024+1 = (2^10) +1 832+1 = (2^6 * 13) +1 768+1 = (2^8 * 3) +1 640+1 = (2^7 * 5) +1 512+1 = (2^9) +1 384+1 = (2^7 * 3) +1 192+1 = (2^6 * 3) +1 0+1 =
Wow. I would never have thought of rolling a d8192.
This isn't the first time it's been discussed on the forums.
