[Question] Tweening animation time for graphic movement

What is the approximate tweening time for the client-side update of a moved object?  Is it fixed to a hard cap time (tween is faster for long distances)? Is there a minimum tween time?

For TurnMarker, I base the animation on a modulus of the current time. That makes the animation frame lengths vary, but keeps the preceived animation relatively smooth. 
350 milliseconds. It's the same regardless of distance.
