Hi, I attempted to purchase two token packs from the marketplace and both purchases remained stuck on the processing screen.

I also already email support at <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> and the email I received from Richard suggested that I try the tricks in the Solving Technical issues. None of these solved my issue.
