Hello, i'm using an IMAC with OSX 10.9.5 and Google Chrome Version 44.0.2403.89. I can get my video to work but my built in microphone does not work at all. It does work in Skype and other apps but not in Roll20.

That sounds frustrating, indeed!  Please view and follow all of the instructions on the Audio Visual Troubleshooting wiki page, it should help you. If the wiki does not solve your problem, head back over to this thread and we'll move on to the next stage of troubleshooting.
