Chat macro command pop-up

System: Firefox 22.0 (maximized window) on Win7 64 Issue: The chat pop-up (or down in this case) menu choices when using # or % macro commands appears at the bottom of the chat box and they do not allow scrolling. Due to this you actually have to remember whatever the name of the macro is to get to it using this method. Additionally, while Macros that use # are not assigned to character in this way, the % macros require character name which requires even more typing due to the issue of not being able to scroll. Is it possible to move the pop-up menu to above the chat box where there is more room, and/or add in scrolling to the menu so that you can use up/down arrows to scroll through them?

The way this functions isn't a bug. This is just how macro autocompletion works. The list starts narrowing down once you type enough characters for the desired macro, so after narrowing down a simple key up or down should select the one you want.
It is just that until you narrow it down the key up/down does not adjust/focus on the active choice in relation to the dropdown box without additional text entry. The box itself hangs past the browser frame and only appears in full if you minimize the window. It gets even worse once your macro list starts to increase in size.
