Not able to load campaign pic or account pic

So, I thought this was associated with the library being too full but apparently art for campaigns and pics don't count against me. If I drop any picture, no matter the type or size, I get a load bar that never progresses. The same is true for my account pic. I am stuck forever as a series of colors and shapes rather then the pic I want. Please help me with this. Are there perhaps some tricks to getting this to work or something?

Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

It would seem this WAS due to the library being full as once I became a member I was able to add the art. Issue resolved
