[Help] D&D 5e character sheet rolls zeros for player, but normal for GM

I am just starting out on this site.  I have built a 5e character sheet for my son to use, and listed him as a player on the sheet.  When I click on a skill or attack, logged in as the game master, I get the expected calculated dice results.  When my son logs in as a player, every skill, attack, and damage roll ends up resulting in a zero.  Any idea what is going on, what I did wrong, and how I might fix it? Thanks, Tim
Is this the shaped or the default one? Its a strange behaviour and I imagine it has to do with user rights on the character sheet. Try making a new campaign and a basic account.
Also look into what browser he is using, currently Microsoft Edge doesn't work well at all, and historically IE wasn't very stable either.
Indeed. Chrome was the best.  Firefox after.

I cannot imagine this happening on either sheet. If you're using the Shaped sheet and your player is not using Edge or IE please send me an invite link.

Default sheet.  I created a second 'player' account and logged in.  It works fine when I log in as a player account without GM priveledges.  I am guessing it has something to do with the browser settings, security, or something else on my son's computer.  He was using google chrome... is there some sort of script running option that might be disabled in certain security settings?
