Player can log into one of my regular games, but not into my dev server game.

Tells her to sign in when she clicks the "join" link and  then when she tries to, says she doesn't have an account. What should i tell her to do/try first?

Hmmm, then she should be able to log into the Dev server. Have her sign out and then sign back in on Main and then try to sign in on Dev. - Gauss

thanks - post any progress **updated** she was using the wrong password and had never signed out on the regular server.
