Unable to load built-in items in in-game search

I am unable to utilize any of the built-in items or non-starred premium assets in-game, as it just keeps saying 'loading built-in assets' over and over.  At least one other member of my group is experiencing this issue and I have been able to reproduce it in FF and Chrome, the latter of which has no extensions or addons installed..  We are both running Windows 7.  I have Javascript and Cookies enabled and my flash version is 18.0.-1. EDIT: Clearing my cache didn't fix it either.
