Scheduling 2E Adventures Tuesday September 1, 8, 15

Gray has let us know in-advance that he will not be able to attend on September 1 and said "If you guys go on that side-quest then maybe I can just rejoin when it's done." Hans  has let us know that he will be taking a break and might be able to rejoin in the future. We will forge on with the rest of the players' party! To see what adventures are next...

Weekend / between sessions update from the DM: Music Festival this weekend IRL, for that reason, it may be Game Day Tuesday before I publish the 13 Rusty Mason Jars treasure. I'm guessing that the PC's are eager to get their loot, or they should be: since it contains some Magic Items as well as GP, and the fact that -3000 Party GP will be exchanged for +3000 Horukh XP Restoration to get him back on proper Experience Points footing after the undead Wights and Wraith drained him. I'll continue working on presenting the contents of the 13 Rusty Mason Jars, for the Treasure / Loot thread. Second note: Torvald , I have received your Fighter PM, and I am working on a response to describe how we're going to implement something like that (but different) for Fighter progression into higher levels. Thank you for the message and ideas, and speaking up for what you want for your character. Because it is taking me a while to consider and respond, I want to let you know that I got the message and not ignoring it.

My Mighty Friends, I will probably miss the game on Tuesday, September the 8th UNLESS I can keep a good connection in transit & play while Misty drives. :)  Another possibility is that we'll find a comfy place to park for the game, and head for the rest of the drive to North Carolina afterwards.  Of course, in the game world, Horukh can become a hostage or unconscious prisoner of nefarious evil at any moment, so if I can't make it, I am sure you can write me out in some convenient way *snicker* . For that matter, it WILL be the session just after he (should?) make 5th level (September 1st) so maybe some Force From Afar will call him away for training for the session of the 8th. In late October I'll make it, but barely, because This Just In , Misty & I are Flag Marshalls at the United States Grand Prix Formula One race in Austin.  I hope we get to work Turn One, it's my favorite.

But basically, I think I will have to admit defeat, and that I'm just not going to be able to play in this game now due to my change of time zones.

Sorry to hear this, but I completely understand the difficulty in going from an evening game to an afternoon one (during the weekday no less). Gahh, you'll be missed!

Gold, I will probably not be able to attend this Tuesday's session (9/15/15). My wife and I have a family commitment that evening.  I maybe able to sneak and hour or two after work; depends on when we have our event. You have my permission to use Torvald as an NPC to conduct whatever is needed.

Thanks for the heads-up, Solid, and permission to use your PC.  We have 7 more Hit-rolls saved up in the queue for Torvald. At the end of last session we only used 1 roll, you had a Natural 20 and had the last blow to slay a Sharkman who was scouting in the swamp trying to find the same concealed entry to break-in to the Lizard colony. This coming week (SEPT 15): Probably arriving at the actual Parlay with the Lizard King... Larry hopes to be here playing (even if remotely over mobile connection), and perhaps Horukh will do some of the talking with the King. The next week following the parlay (SEPT 22): Important and Fun Side Quest offered by the Lizard King.  It is a hunt, with a battle, that will need party firepower.

I've been scheduled to work this Tuesday. I'm going to try to get someone to swap with me, but barring that, I will either join late or not at all depending on how busy we get.

Ryan , I understand. Solid is also called away to miss this week. Larry hopes to join on mobile, he will be on his travels. Chris, Jennifer, Larry -- The gameplay this week will feature Airen, Mora, and possibly Horukh on mobile, with lesser chance of Sanvar . We may spend some time meeting a potential new player as well! Get ready to game on!

Wow, ok, good, and thanks for giving the news right away. It helps with game planning. The content of gameplay could have been really changed with the possibility of a 2-Player party ( Airen and Mora ), now I'm feeling more of a shift to some semblance of the usual buzz of several Players ( Torvald for part of session time; Larry trying to log-in on mobile; New Paul will join us and may play NPC for Jaxon , Mitel , or Oceanus today; and we will welcome Lannah as a guest-observer as well). "This changes everything!" said the Lizardman Shaman. See you all in about 2 hours!

I am in and ready to go!  Solid connection at home in the studio.  I will be AFK off andf on, up to around 20 minutes before game start, as I pack the van for Austin.
