Any way to apply Crit success/fail colors to only the macro output?

I am trying to get an average roll of 2d100, so (2d100)/2 and if the result is above 85 or below 16 to show the crit succ/fail colors on the result. Anyone know if this is possible and if so how to do it? Thanks in advance for any help btw. Oh and I want to do this without using the script engine if possible.

I don't think what you're asking for is explicitly possible, as critical success/fumble points can't be used in conjunction with grouped rolls. You could use target numbers to indicate the result: /r {floor((d100+[[d100]])/2)}>86f<15
