Heyo, let me start by explaining my desire to have noobs/newer players in my game! To keep it short and sweet, I am a new DM with a couple of friends who are also new, although we have played a few sessions together none of us are super well versed with the rules as of yet, and I wouldn't want to annoy more experienced players by missing out some of the finer subtleties! (Equally I do not wish to be annoyed by what I may deem rule naziing whenever I miss said subtleties!) Now, this is a homebrew campaign, I do not really have access to any of the official modules and truth be told telling somebody elses story doesn't entertain me nearly as much! Naturally I suspect we will start off fairly railroady/combat oriented with some RP on the side, but as things progress I would like to take off the training wheels and let you guys explore the world far more freely, even if it means extra work or improv on my part! Now, with the whole homebrew situation, I am not going to lock you into a class choice from the 3.5 PHB, if you have some other class in mind or perhaps a subclass, I am more than willing to sit with you and work out the technicalities, if that means changing it from a different edition or game to 3.5, or writing up a spell list to fit your new class! All of this obviously comes with the warning that, if something proves to be far too powerful, then obviously we will have to tone it down a little! (If this is way too much work, especially if you are new, please do not feel it is required! A class from the PHB Will be accepted just as readily! :) ) Regardless of class or race I am looking for unique characters! Anyway, thats enough rambling from me I think, feel free to PM me for Skype info! (I am more than happy to answer any questions and assist in anyway needed on Skype ^^!) Games will be played in the evenings of GMT although a set time and day hasn't yet been decided on. All players must be able to speak and understand English, we will be using Teamspeak3 as our means of communication!
