Tokens from journal disapearing behind the background when placed

As soon as i place a token coming from my journal, it appears for a split second on the map then it pops behind the background. I have seen other users who encountered this problem and my conditions are similar. I tried Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and i even tried all of them on multiple computers and it happens everytime. Tokens coming directly from the market seems to stay on the front layer and are not affected by this bug

Indeed, I've had a few issues with this recently, keep having to bring-to-front each new token - Copy and pasted tokens are ok as well, it's just seems to be the ones coming from the Journal and the Art Library.

This is an issue known to the Devs.
