Sound is out

Logged in master volume is all the way up sound is out

Before we dive into Roll20 troubleshooting, I'd like to confirm that other applications on your computer have their sound working correctly and that you've doublechecked your computer doesn't have that application muted in the sound mixer.  What OS are you running?

If you're speaking about Jukebox, there are some songs which simply don't play once they're added. If you can't hear other players, then that's a different problem. O_O

I figured it out.  Thanks guys.  I do have a new problem, I'm trying to use some community made character sheets for basic D&D and I notice the macros on the sheet don't work.  I've tried the Moldvey and BECMI sheets and where the macros should be there are little rectangular boxes that don't do anything.  Any instruction would be greatly appreciated. .
