In Chrome version Version 28.0.1500.72 m on Windows 7. I had ten new notifications (posts had been made in a communication forum) and, after clicking Dismiss in the notification drop-down, I noticed that I suddenly had negative notifications available. I think this was due to network latency. The negative value fixed itself after I navigated to a different page within roll 20.
