campaign not loading

Yesterday I logged onto a Google hangouts to play a campaign and the app appeared to be stuck on the loading screen. I also tried to go to the website and try it there and the same problem. I tried to just let is sit and load and after about 3 hours still nothing. I tried on both Firefox and Chrome both latest issues, and I have tried to reinstall Java and reinstalled Chrome as well. Still having the same issue. Below is a screenshot of the issue.

After you reinstalled it all did you install any plugin's or extensions? Those seem to be the main problem makers. Also if you could go to&nbsp; <a href="http://supportdetails.com" rel="nofollow">http://supportdetails.com</a> &nbsp;and post everything but your ip address, it would help the mods and devs.

Is this a specific campaign or any campaign?&nbsp; - Gauss
I am only in one campaign, but I do know of the 5 other players and GM I was the only one with this issue.&nbsp; I did install just a handfull of extensions and plugins. Are their specific extensions or plugins that seem to cause this problem? OS: WIN 7&nbsp; Web Browser: Chrome 28.0.15&nbsp; Screen Res: 1920x1080&nbsp; Browser size: 1920x995 Color Depth: 32 bit Javascript: enabled Flash: 11.8.8 Cookies: enabled

I would try disabling your extensions and plugins one by one until you find the problem. When you do feel free to let us know which plugin it was. Might help the next guy with the problem. :) If none of your extensions or plugins are the problem let us know and we can troubleshoot further.&nbsp; - Gauss

the one that crops up sometimes is the ad blocker type and pop up blocker type so you might want to start with those types first.
I disabled every extension and plugin and nothing has changed. I opened up the inspect element and clicked on network and noticed some red text and status failed. See picture below. The text is: &nbsp;.lp?start=t&amp;ser=17939415&amp;cb=17&amp;v=5&amp;ns=roll20-5 s-dal5-nss-7.firebaseio.com GET &nbsp;(failed) pending firebase.js?2:65 Script

Ok I was able to log in so it does not appear to be a campaign wide issue.&nbsp; Please try clearing your cache and see if you can get in.&nbsp; If that doesn't work I will bump it to the Devs.&nbsp; - Gauss

DOH, I just realized you were trying this on google hangouts. Can you get into this campaign through Roll20 (as opposed to Google Hangouts)? If so, check your cookie permissions. Make sure they are set up to allow 3rd party cookies.&nbsp; - Gauss
I have tried the roll20 website and google hangout both do not work. I do not have the block 3rd party cookies checked so they should be allowed.&nbsp;

Hey there Gauss thanks for helping my player out, but we fixed it by Duplicating the campaign (Losing the forums in the process, General connectivity error every time) and now the campaign loads fine for him. Thanks!

Stardust, I am glad you found a workaround. I checked the original and the copy of the campaign and it looked like the forums were intact, perhaps you meant the archive was lost?&nbsp; - Gauss
