Since many games calculate cover and LOS from corners, another ruler tool that snaps to corners would be of great benefit. Note: it doesn't necessarily have to calculate distance, since the current "snap to center of square" ruler does that effectively for the same rule systems. But just something that lets us draw a line from corner to corner, without having to get out the line drawing tool which is more difficult to use and doesn't really snap to corners well.
