I want to be able to have various roll results display in one message. So if the player has a macro for his attack and his damage. So Roll 1D20+5 (Attack) as well as 3D6 (Damage). The result would show say: "15, 8" Or if I am rolling a Fudge System, have the person roll 4Df+2 and another Fudge Die after that to see: "3, 1" Say if they have a weapon that adds Bonus damage IF they hit I can add the 1 or 0 without asking them to roll again.
