[BUG] music not heard in a campaign

Hello, During my game with my friends, my GM began to play music, but from my side there were no song  in the game. I asked to the others if they were hearing it, and they did. So i thought it was me who had a problem, but from my side, there's nothing. I cleared the cache, looked at the add-ons i have that could block it, looked at the problems i could have with soundcloud, but nothing works. :( In order to redo the problem, well ... I can't make you redo it, since it looks like it comes from me. Description of my setup: - Operation system: Windows Windows NT 10.0 - Web Browser: Firefox 42.0 - Color Depth: 24 bit - Javascript Enabled - Flash Version 19.0.-1 - Cookies Enabled

Sorry to hear you are having a problem Saoran97. Normally our first response is Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you. but you indicate you have already done steps 1-3. Can you do a few things for me just to double check something? Disable all your addons and extensions even if you think they are not interfering and pause your anti-virus (you didn't indicate that step) to see if that cleared up your problems. On the off chance it doesn't, are you able to install google chrome and try it on roll20? Sometimes a browser takes issue with something on roll20 that the other browser doesn't. If none of that works or not possible to do then please follow step 4  and post the results in this thread.
