Cooperative party looking for good stories (D&D 5e)

Me and four other experienced story-focused players have created an interesting array of characters to explore your world. We're looking for a DM with a good attitude that likes storytelling as much as gameplay, and needs a good team of respectful and cooperative players to help bring those stories to life, whether they be published or homebrew campaigns.  We're big fans of the show "Critical Role" on Geek and Sundry, and aim to create a similar experience of fun and adventure over a long-term campaign. We would like to keep our characters mostly the same, which would require a setting that is similar enough to Forgotten Realms, but would be happy to make adjustments to integrate them more into your world. We are also open and interested in the idea of starting at LvL 3, as we all have some experience. We play weekly on Saturdays at 12pm (EST). You need to have a decent microphone and speak English well enough to roleplay sufficiently. If a party like ours interests you, then please answer the following questions. Write as much as you like, and be as honest as possible; we want the right DM as much as you want the right players. 1. What do you think makes a campaign great? 2. How would you DM a story and Character driven campaign? 3. How often do you fib (fake) your dice rolls? 4. How would you handle PC death in your campaign?

I wish you the best of luck with this! I've never seen one of these snag a DM for more than a session or two, I hope you have more success at it!
I wish I was available for the time you guys want to play. I love Critical Role. I love Matt Mercer's style of DMing. Good luck with the search. Hope you guys do great things.
