Allow API to function when talktomyself is active

As an API user, I want a way to test macros with api script output (powercards, etc) without leaving that output in chat for the players to see when they log in, so that I can maintain surprise/secrecy in the game. The talktomyself option is great, but is only useful if you are not using the API.
