If they have something like this already to be able to be done please tell. ^^

Button like they have in the forums for Handouts and Bios. List, Tables etc is already included i know but maybe an easier set up? not too worried about them though. just would like to condense large amount of data. AKA Spoiler. Would make it so handouts that have alot of info on them could be easily condensed. I know alot of people like myself and my campaign must have ALOT of handout info per handout and it would be nice. ^^ Example: http://forums.pokemontabletop.com/topic/9799558/1/
If I understand your request, this already exists. You can add and organize subfolders and your own custom folders to the Journal tab already. Right-click a folder name in the journal and use the menu that pops up. https://wiki.roll20.net/Journal#Folders
Thanks Brandon but not quite what i meant. I meant inside the handouts where you'd either put a list of buyable items, a note that was left behind etc, you can't shrink out most of the msg like i gave an exsample of.
