Video/Voice chat not working

Hello All,  I'm part of a playgroup and tonight none of us can get the sound working in the game. We have gone through the steps for trying to solve, including updating browsers and clearing out site data, etc...   When we log in, nobody has any sound at all appearing to work. If we go into the settings we can disable and then re-enable our sound outgoing and it will show us all our mic and headset icons and we can see it picking up our voice; however, nobody can hear anyone else. It appears to each person as if everyone else is not broadcasting anything at all. It is very similar to what happens if you are in a game alone and the sound system hasn't turned on. It seems almost like the system isn't initiating the sound module.   The problem is not specific to a certain browser and with seven people all having the same problem, we're pretty confident that it's super unlikely to be a problem on our ends.
Hi, Jon R. Just to make sure, can you confirm that a GM has not toggled Video + Audio Chat Tech on the My Settings tab of the Sidebar from "WebRTC" to "None"?
Confirmed. It's on WebRTC. He even went ahead and toggled it to off (which re-loaded everyone) and toggled it back on (which re-loaded us again) and still not working.  Our GM asked me to note that when he first logged in tonight he and one other member were able to hear each other. He refreshed and then he joined the rest of us in being unable to hear anyone else or be heard by anyone else.
Exact same issue here, we've tried all above steps.
exact same issue as above. we switched to google hangouts to try and play. not ideal

Similar issues sometimes have dissimilar causes, so it would be very helpful if each of you would create your own thread so we can give each of you focused attention and not get anyone confused. We're going to need you to do a few things for us, things that sometimes fix issues for users before more extensive troubleshooting is needed. Please have everyone in your group run through our A/V Troubleshooting Guide , which has eight steps. It is very important that you follow all the steps even if you've previously performed any steps prior to starting the checklist. It never hurts to repeat a step and it ensures you're at a consistent starting place when a Dev steps in to help. If along the way your problem resolves just let us know, otherwise proceed with the ninth step which is running through the non A/V troubleshooting guide.
We're hearing reports from some folks that the built-in A/V (the WebRTC/Tokbox one) is suddenly not working. We're trying to figure out exactly what's going on here and it helps to have it all consolidated into one place. Please head to  this forum thread and share the information requested to help, thanks!
