Maps not loading on pages.

My previously built pages had maps and graphics as backgrounds. Now none of them are showing up but text and icons are showing up on the page still. The pics of these in the Page Toolbar also still show up like they used to but the actual pages do not have them. All of my Handouts, Characters, and Jukebox items are still available as well. In fact the pictures in the Handouts and Characters are still working. I cannot add these maps and pictures back into the pages either, so I am looking for some help. I have attached a pic of one of the pages missing the map, showing the toolbar with the pics, and the icons still on the page. I have also attached a pic with my Chrome info.

Thanks for the report, Uncleho. I've sent this off to the devs.
Not sure if its relevant but for a month or 2 now there are maps and what not that I drag onto the field to set as background and they never show, yet I can see them in the page tab sometimes.
This happened to me once. After arranging a map into a Roll20 page, it disappeared a week afterwards, while the tokens, the grid, remain there. (Chrome last version; Win7 Ultimate) EDIT: In my case, the map is missing even in the Roll20 page thumbnail.
Thank you Kristin!
i have a number with missing thumbnails, cant figure out a fix on this
@uncleho Can you check again and see if it's working now? I just looked and the map seems to be loading correctly for me on that page (I made a copy of your campaign to try and diagnose the issue, and now the issue seems fixed...) I think I might know what caused the issues originally, but I want to confirm with you that it's fixed before I move forward.

This is my home computer now and I will check tomorrow at work, since that is where I noticed the problem and posted those specs. Thank you.
Great, let me know, thanks!
Great, let me know, thanks! Still having the problem as posted when I view this on my work computer. Fortunately it seems I don't have it at home so I can still use it. Still, its strange since I put most of them together on the work one during some lunch hours and now they do not work.
Can you get me the Console Log for your work computer? Assuming you're using Chrome: https://developers.google.com/chrome-developer-tools/docs/overview#access That would be very helpful, thanks!
Here you go? I think this is it.
Yep, that's it. What's happening is the CORS headers aren't working properly on your work computer. My *guess* is that there is perhaps a proxy or a firewall sitting between you and Roll20 at work that is stripping out those headers. This is a new feature that we are making use of now that we need to advance Roll20 forward (which is why it may have worked for you on your work computer a month ago). I don't know if you know much about your work infrastructure, but I'd be curious to know what sort of proxy/firewall they're employing that's causing this. If not, I'll see if I can figure out a way to make it work without those headers, but I'm not sure if it's possible. At the very least some of the new features like token tinting would need to be disabled. Something else you could try for my own edification -- can you do a search for something like "aardvark" that you've never used before, and then pull something onto the tabletop from the WEB SEARCH section? And let me know if that shows up or if it never shows up?
I've been having the same problem, but not consistently. Sometimes the map loads, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the tokens don't load either. I'm running Firefox.
Seem to be having a related problem today. Created a new campaign, (am on Chrome, Windows 7) dragged a jpeg for my map, the reduced size appears, the second I click on it, the image disappears, but my cursor goes from an arrow to the 4 way directional X or cross... if I click delete, my cursor goes back to being an arrow. At first I did this on the wrong layer, the token layer. Same thing happened though, the image disappeared on my screen after loading, but the 3 black and 2 white circles were showing... then when I deleted that, no matter where my cursor went it was dragging purple boxes on the screen... So I tried it on the map layer several times, and each time the result was the same... are you guys doing something in the background? Gonna reboot my system and see it if happens again. EDIT: Okay correction, NOTHING is loading, not on the map layer, not on the token layer. Tried to load a token of a goblin from a standard search, cursor becomes a cross over the search, but nothing drags over to the page. Clarification: this is only happening on the DEV SERVER, not the beta one...
This was an error on the Dev server, I just fixed it. Let me know if you're still having issues.
Nope, all fixed, thank you sir...
I've just opened my Cavemaster campaign, and the token have not appeared after approximately 5 minutes of waiting. Firefox.
Re-loading the page caused my tokens to appear, but the map was gone. I waited a few minutes, and eventually the map appeared. It's really hard to tell, sometimes, whether the tokens or map are really gone or they're just taking a loooong time to load. But I'm thinking if they take so long to load that they *seem* to be gone, then something's not right :)
Something else you could try for my own edification -- can you do a search for something like "aardvark" that you've never used before, and then pull something onto the tabletop from the WEB SEARCH section? And let me know if that shows up or if it never shows up? The aardvarks (lol) I pulled from the Web Search section never appeared on the table top. Thank you for looking into this, I don't know what kind of firewall/proxy/other we are running and probably won't find out anytime soon. I guess I will just have to be content with building at home exclusively.
I just started having this problem myself today. All my maps are gone except for the lines I have drawn and some of my preset tokens are gone... this is frustrating indeed. Any progress on the issue?
If you're seeing issues, it's probably related to this: http://app.roll20.net/forum/post/82714/tokens-players-not-being-able-to-see-maps#post-82742
