Can I make a Takon Action open a character journal entry?

I'm running a game with many (25-30) different NPCs that my players will have to interact with on a regular basis. I was hoping to find a macro that would allow the players and myself for that matter to click on the NPC token and have a token action available to open the NPCs entry in the journal to have less time searching through the multitude of journal entries. Is this a possiblilty?

Anyone who has the ability to edit a Character can open its Character Window by holding shift and doubling clicking on a Token that represents that Character.

You only need edit rights in order to see the character sheet. If you just want to show the bio tab, giving the players the permission to select the token and view the journal item that's linked to the token is enough.
