Infinite Game Loading 2: Electric Boogaloo

After reinstalling my windows I have encountered the infinite campaign loading issue. The black load screen freezes after the 10 second countdown, and nothing happens. As for the 4 step troubleshooting guide, first time I encountered the issue, I was trying to launch a Roll20 Campaign using a clean install of Windows and Chrome, with no Antivirus software. Does not work. The situation did not change in the last week. My PC specs: AMD A8-3850 2.90 GHz 12 GB RAM Radeon R9 270x Chrome (fresh install), Version 47.0.2526.73 m Windows 7 JavaScript is allowed for all sites The last attempt was w/o any antivirus software No browser addons or extensions Refused to execute inline script because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'self' 'unsafe-eval' https://*.googlesyndication.com https://*.doubleclick.net https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="https://www.googletagservices.com" rel="nofollow">https://www.googletagservices.com</a> https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="https://www.google-analytics.com" rel="nofollow">https://www.google-analytics.com</a> https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="https://d3clqjduf2gvxg.cloudfront.net" rel="nofollow">https://d3clqjduf2gvxg.cloudfront.net</a> https://*.googlesyndication.com https://*.firebaseio.com https://*.googlesyndication.com https://*.opentok.com https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="http://www.google-analytics.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.google-analytics.com</a>". Is this happening for all your games or only on specifically? If it's for one, what's the game name and a URL to it's game detail's page.
I've tried 4 games. All of them had the issue. In 3 I'm a GM, in the last one - a player. <a href="https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/1071907/m" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/1071907/m</a>... <a href="https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/963070/ar" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/963070/ar</a>... <a href="https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/934176/7th-sea" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/934176/7th-sea</a> <a href="https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/1044726/n" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/1044726/n</a>...

I checked out your games and there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with them. That suggests the issue is local to your computer. Can you provide a screen shot of what the failed loading screen looks like to you?

I can see from the console log there that it's throwing an ads.js error. That's not our Javascript and something other than Roll20 is interrupting it and probably most other Javascript running on your computer. There are a few things it could be. Sometimes security settings can cause an interruption like this. Malware can also hijack your browser can cause interruptions like this. Also DNS servers in an attempt to protect people from what they've flagged as harmful sites can sometimes errantly block way too much. I'd suggest looking into these possibilities, tweaking security settings, scanning your computer for harmful software, and temporarily trying a new DNS like google's DNS.
If you look at the OP, you will see that previously I did not have the ads.js errors, and it still did not work. The only red text were two "app.roll20.net/:12 and 13, Refused to execute inline script" at the start of the console log. I've scanned my PC for malware (negative result). After disabling IE security, I managed to get rid of the ads.js error, but the ones in the start of the log are still there. Timeout errors happen after some 3-5 minutes of waiting.&nbsp;
Okay, in that last console log, the issue is clearly a network one, as I replied to in the previous thread. Until you can click on this link and see anything (and not just an infinite load/timeout), Roll20 won't work for you: <a href="https://roll20-5.firebaseio.com/pingdomcheck.json" rel="nofollow">https://roll20-5.firebaseio.com/pingdomcheck.json</a> Basically you are unable to connect to Firebase, our real-time sync provider. I'm not really sure what we can do on our end to help with that...it's something on your network or your computer that is blocking that URL from loading. This is not anything to do with any of the other things going on in your console log.
Just got a reply form my ISP. They claimed that the problem is that access to firebaseio was blocked for people using ISP providers marked as local to Crimea (annexed territory, and so on...) either by Firebase itself, or by the ISP it is using. Because I can access Roll20, you certainly did not do the blocking. I could not google up any information about firebaseio being blocked for Crimea. I can access firebase.com, though. If there a chance you could know or find out if that's the case? And if it is, maybe there's a solution to the problem.
