Transfering PC's to new campaigns

So im i reading this right, that in order to transfer a character from one campaign to a new one you have to be a pro member? That means without it my players would need to re-make my character everytime? do they need Pro as well?

Actually, it's the players who necessarily need to be subscribers (Plus or Pro) to make use of My Vault . The creator of the game does not need to be a subscriber, but must toggle the "Allow players to import their own Characters?" option on the Campaign Settings page of the relevant campaign(s). A subscriber can transfer Characters between games that they are a GM of, as well.
