It would be nice to be able to seng little sound fragments to all or to some players directly. Something like a scream, a shattering glass, footsteps and so on. Maybe as a kind of special handout.

That would be kinda cool. Instead of whispering to the player that they hear ... just play the sound just for them - if they miss it, oh well, shoulda rolled a better perception check :)
