[Pathfinder] Pathfinder - Simple -- A version WITHOUT hard-coded token actions?

I've decided to use the "Pathfinder (Simple Layout)" character sheet for my next game, but it comes with four hard-coded token action buttons: Initiative plus Fortitude, Reflex, and Will saves.  Does someone have a version of this sheet without those buttons being hard-coded?

I tried to come up with a way to make that an option but gave up.  Removing them is not a problem.  I'll PM when I get it.  ;-P

I don't (I don't play Pathfinder), but if you pull the code from GitHub, simply deleting all class='tokenaction' or class="tokenaction" pieces that you find (which should be in a <button></button> tag) will remove the token actions.  There should be one per token action showing up on the tokens. Good luck. :) Edit:  or Vince's solution since I type slowly.  :D
