Cannot upload assets to Library.

I have recently started to have problems where I cannot seem to successfully upload new assets to my Library. I have disabled all extensions on my browser, and even un/reinstalled Java to solve the problem. I sent some assets to another gamemaster, and they uploaded fine for him. I'm not sure how to save console reports, otherwise I would have included that also of the entire process. edit: I forgot to add is that this is REALLY weird is that it gives feedback that assets upload successfully, but then the preview shows up as broken in library preview, and I cannot drag and drop these new assets onto the field. Old assets still work fine.

Are you adding these assets from inside the app or from the marketplace? When you say they don't successfully load, what happens instead? Can you share a screen shot?

I am adding them through the app. Here is the entire process: Start of Process, this is the page I want to add a map asset to. I am going to try to add the "Town Gate" asset, here are the properties for it. It may look like it successfully uploaded, but search for it in the library... and it appears as a broken image, I can drag it onto the page, but it doesn't load the image, weirder still... It does seem to be moving SOMETHING, as you can see, the page shortcut now shows itself as a broken image icon, like it is trying to display the map. I get the same problems with tokens also.

If you go to Marketplace =&gt; My Library/Access Your Library =&gt; Upload, does that work where in the app one does not?

No, it fails also. I also tried it on My bros rig, and it doesn't upload there either.

Okay, now it's getting super weird. In pure boredom, I just uploaded some random pics I had, and they seem to uploading successfully. O_o Seems like the problem is with the assets themselves, not the web app. Head is starting to hurt...

Brandon, have you tried opening the problem art asset in a photo program like gimp and exporting it back into the jpg or png format then see if it will upload? It almost sounds like there is a corruption of the image.

Yeah, it could be something with their extension, png or jpg, or it could be something else entirely. Like it has been suggested before, I would say you should try editing them, make them smaller and change their extension with Microsoft Paint for example, and then trying reuploading them. One strange way is to zip them first, then unzip them and trying again.

Okay, tried re-editing the pics, and now they work! Dangit, sorry for wasting everyone's time with this. It indeed seemed to have been corrupted assets all this time. T_T

Brandon. It is not a waste of time helping a person solve a problem. I'm glad it was as simple corrupt assets. Did you get them from the marketplace or were they found on the net? If they were a marketplace purchase, please let us know so it can be looked into.
