Never played a pen and paper RPG, but I've always kinda wanted to. Pathfinder, 3.5e, 2e, hell even VtM or Exalted sound good. I'll play anything, if someone's willing to show me the ropes. Scratch that-- I'll play anything where "half-dragon albino elf with one purple eye named Ichigo Darkstrider" would be swiftly and metaphorically punched in the teeth. Although I've never played, I think I'd prefer something a little more on the roleplay than combat side. I've always enjoyed games like Elder Scrolls and Deus Ex where I can get absorbed in the backstory, setting and motivations, rather than sweet loot or massive crits. Not that I'm opposed to good ol' dungeon crawls. A New Yorker, I'm available any EST evening. Don't have a webcam, don't have any rulebooks, but I do have a mic, although I'd prefer text. If I can get to you, I wouldn't even be opposed to an IRL game. So if you've got a game running, tell me about it. I'd be glad to hear a little about the setting and goals, and whether or not you'd be cool with a new player.
