How are the Games tied to subscription status? If you create a game as a free member and then upgrade to Subscriber/Pro status, do all your Games become enabled for the advanced features (such as API use)?

Yes. Since each game is tied to an individuals account, the games created before the subscription receive the benefits of the upgrade.
