player notifications

When the GM puts something on the game page (NOT the virtual desktop), like next game date info, is an email notification sent to the players of that game?

You will get notifications for the games private forums but not for a change to the 'next game' information at present. A simple solution is for the games host to set up a thread in the game forum for session updates which they can post to (to issue the notification) and then lock. Since they can reopen it as needed and issue the next update it keeps things in one place, means that all notifications from that thread are from the GM and session updates/important info only etc.

Also: Whether the player actually gets an email  notification or not is dependent on that player's notification settings in their profile.
