Is it possible to keep multiple results from same roll with different keep functions?

I have a macro to keep the K highest rolls from the X number of d10s with Compounding Dice. So for example: /r 4d10k2!! will keep the 2 highest rolls from 4d10 and add up any 10 + new roll that happens. However, I was trying to find a way where the user wouldn't need to input the number of results it want to keep as it is almost always 2 or 3. I wonder if there is a way to keep the 2 highest and show it and also keep the 3 highest an show from the same roll. Showing always two results. For example I roll 5d10 = 2 8 6 7 5 Returns: k2:15 --- K3:21 Edit: Some thoughts. Let's say I would roll 5d10. I could do [[1d10]] [[1d10]] [[1d10]] [[1d10]] [[1d10]] to have a separated result of each one. Now I need a way to pick each result, add the 2 highest and show, then add the 3 highest and show. To sum up: I want to do 2 or more operations separately within the SAME dice pool.

The standard dice engine can not do what you want. The API (Pro subscription feature) might be able to do what you want with the proper script. If you are interested in finding out if it was possible, just post a question in the  API forum .
In the interim, you might sort your dice to aid with mental math, e.g. /r 4d10 sd k2!!
I was avoiding this conclusion, but yeah... Thanks for the info. Also that is something new, thanks Silvyre. Guess I'll finally take a look at the API then
