What was you using for your audio? Was it the Webrtc, Tokbox, Google Hangout? Can you go to the http://supportdetails.com/ and post everything but your IP address here for the mods to see? Have you tried again after a short while or the next day? Sometimes one of the servers that a computer uses to hop across the internet glitches or goes down and it affects your connection. This is different from one of the roll20 shards. Simple explanation of my comment above is below. The internet is actually one humungous peer 2 peer style setup and your computer's connection bounces through various servers to reach it's destination and if any one of those servers have a problem it usually causes your computer to search for a new route to reach your destination (this is what causes various forms of lag and other oddities on the net) but normally your computer adjusts on the fly without you noticing it. Sometimes it hangs up and causes problems. Step one is to repeat what you were doing to see if it is still out. Step two If it is still out please supply the supportdetails along with what program you were talking with. Step three is where the mods step in usually Note this steps are sometimes done is random order. Good luck and let us hear if it works or not. (this post is not officially sacationed by roll20 but is just an opinion / advice of a member)
