Chat and Dice slow down after extended use in Google Hangout

My group has found that after extended use, 2+hrs, chat and dice rolling begin to lag. One player commented that one of the 3D dice was left suspended on the board edge up for well over a minute. I experienced a chat lag of nearly a minute as well. We found that by exiting the program and rejoining, the lag disappeared.
Google hangout feels like it has a memory leak or something. After playing for a while in a hangout I can't scroll maps anymore. Exiting and rejoining always fixes it. Also, it seems to be less of an issue on pcs than on macs.

Yeah. Like Austin said, this is a known issue with Google Hangouts. When you start noticing Roll20 lagging behind, have you and your players refresh your browsers. This should get things back on track.
