I cannot create/start my campaign

Hi Folks! I couldn´t start my existing campaign yesterday.I was just at the beginning of creating my own maps.so i had no doubt to start a new one and delete the existing one.but unfortunately i cannot do anything about creating a new campaign right now.it doesn't start and the screen stucks at the adv. about being supporter to roll20... is that issue known? or is something weird about my system / browser / connection to server ? my browser : firefox 13.0 my system : windows vista thanks in advance about any help out there. best regards Kaostar
Is there a countdown that runs when you start a campaign? There should be one that counts down 15 seconds. Does that not show up at all, or does it count down and stay at the advertisement screen or what?
well as you asked , i tried to see this countdown but i see no countdown . just this black screen with the advertisement . and the screen stucks there. as you mentioned it stays at the advertisement screen Canso
Well, any second now, Kristin is probably going to ask you for the information that is spit out by going to http://supportdetails.com/ and move your post to the Bug Report forum. Then someone is going to suggest that you clear your cookies and whatnot. Beyond that, I'm not sure I can really help you at all.
ok Canso thanks alot for your interest on helping out.i will do what you've suggested to me.
