How to set lighting viewable to specific tokens(Dynamic Lighting)

Hey apologies if my question has been asked/answered before i had a search around and came up with nothing. In my campaign that i am currently running i have a player who, due to story events, wishes to blind himself. I have no problem with this and we have worked up a plan for him to be able to do this and gain a very limited blingsight so as he is still combat effective but allows him to go down the character story he is enjoying. My question is, using dynamic lighting is there a way i can set it so that his token can see only up to a specific distance regardless to wether or not the other players have lit up an area past that. essentially instead of the "all players see light" have player 1, 2 and 3 see light player 4 does not?
Not with the sight settings on the token, but you can set an aura on his token as a reminder of how far he can see.

I wonder (though haven't tried) if setting the multiplier to less than 1 and having the enforce line of light set for the map would give workable results.

With some quick testing Diana's idea has some potential... while you can eradicate other light sources without removing sight completely you could certainly limit their usefulness to the 'blinded' character: By reducing the range of light sources for that token by reducing it's multiplier but increasing it's own light radius accordingly you could apply a 15' radius of 'sight' to the token while reducing other light sources to virtually nothing (the screen shots are the lowest range i could get with quick tests... i even tried negative multipliers with the same results lol).
Thanks alot for the help guys, much appreciated. The multiplier method looks to be as close to my goal as is possible without disabling the ability to share light sources, so gonna go with that and hopefully it gives the player the immersion hes seeking.
