Every time I go to a new topic on this forum, I am sent to the very bottom of the page and I have to scroll all the way up to see the OP.  Is there a way to change this?

Not at this time. You could always post a suggestion (in the suggestion forum). :) Note: the key "Home" will return you to the top of the screen without having to scroll the hard way.  - Gauss
