Is there a way to place a ?{Query} inside of a rolltemplate? The second I add it to my rolltemplate the field is not displayed anymore.

yes you have to replace the special characters as shown below, to convert them to html /utf8 codes; <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Macros#Advanced_Usage_for_Roll_Queries" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Macros#Advanced_Usage_for_Roll_Queries</a> Though I usually replace ? and { as well for the query.
